My newborn work happens where your baby's story is actually unfolding: your home. The nursery you fussed over, the morning light in your bedroom, the way your toddler can't stop touching the baby's hair. No studio props, just your family, your little one, your beginning.
And because feeding is so much of these first weeks, it's part of the story too. Breast, bottle, tube or a bit of everything: fed is best, and I photograph that bond with the same reverence I bring to birth.

When should a newborn session happen?+
Lifestyle newborn sessions are wonderfully flexible, anywhere in the first few weeks. Because I work in your home rather than posing in a studio, there's no rigid 10-day window. I photograph your little one, and your family, exactly as this fleeting season really is.
What is a lifestyle newborn session?+
It happens in your own home: feeding, snuggling, big-sibling curiosity, tiny fingers in real light. No props, no forced poses, just honest photographs your family will recognize as truly yours.
Do you photograph breastfeeding and bottle feeding?+
Yes. Feeding photographs are some of the most treasured images I make. However you feed your little one, fed is best, and that bond deserves to be remembered.
What if the baby cries the whole time?+
Then I do what I've done at 400+ births: I stay calm and work with your little one, not against them. Feeds, cuddle breaks and real life are all part of the session, and often part of the best photographs.
