Meet Krista
Let me support your birth story
Born and raised in Kelowna, I've spent more than ten years and over 400 births earning something no course can grant: the trust of the Okanagan birth community itself. Doctors, midwives and Labour and Delivery nurses know me by name, and families feel that welcome the moment I walk in.
I was called to this work by my own daughter's birth: an emergency cesarean, and the photographs that helped me heal from it. I've been walking families through the journey earthside ever since.
